Marta Kartawik studied Law with Business at the University of Sussex, followed by an advanced research Master’s in law at the University of Oxford. Throughout her career, she has held EU law, EU competition law and Business & Entrepreneurship lectureships, and research assistantships in England and Singapore. In parallel, she consulted for international law firms and NGOs on EU law, EU competition law, and arbitration. Subsequently, she joined DG COMP (EU Commission) where she participated in developing digital cases. Currently, as a fellow at the Martens Centre for European Studies, she deals with EU competition law and Big Tech regulation.
