Margarita Amaxopoulou, a lawyer by background, is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at King's College, London as an Anthony Guest scholar. Her research lies in the intersection of AI and legal regulation and her PhD aims to contribute to the ‘State Change and Transnational Legal Ordering’ studies. Her methodology draws on socio-legal scholarship and her project involves interviews with AI regulation participants. Margarita has previously worked in collaboration with the UK House of Commons Library. She has obtained an LLM from King's College, London in 2018 and an LLB from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) in 2017.
